ARTICLE I

as the "Assxiatioa". with its principal place of bueir~ess loeated ix~
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.

an entity pursuant to Section 12, Chapter 711, Florida Statutee 1963,
i hereinafter called the "Condominium Act", for the operatian of COIANNADE3

ARTICLE III
The powera of the Aesociatfon shall include and be qoverned by
the follawinq provisions:
3.1 The Association shall have all of the comnwn law and 8tatutory

powers of the corporation not for profit not in aonflict with the terme
of these Articles of Incorporation or the Condominium Act.
~ 3.2 The Associt+tion shall have all of the powera and dutfes set
forth in the CondomS.r?ium Act except as lfmited by thes~ Articles of
Incorporation and the Declaration of Condominium, ~+nd all of the powers
and duties reasonably naceasary to operate the Conflominium pursuant to
the Dealaration and aa it may be amended froan time to timo.
