Assxi~tion, and their proceeds, ahall be held in trust for the membere
xn accordance with the provieione oE the Decl~+rntion of Condominium,
these Articles of Ir~corporation and the By-Laws of the Association. ;
3.4~ The powers of th~ Association shall be subject to and shall be
exercised in nccordanco with the provisions of the Declaration of Condo-
minium and the By-Laws.
ARTICLE N
4.1 The members of the Assoaiation ahall consist of all of the
record owners ot apartmenta in the Condominium, hereinafter referred to
as "Condominium Units", and after termination o: the Condominium ahall
consist of those who are membars at the time of such termin~ation. and
thefr euccessors and sBSigns.
4.2 Membership shall be acqufrod by recordinq in the Public Re-

cords of St, Lucie County, Florida, a doed or other ir~etrument establishing ~

record title~to a Condomir~ium Unit in the Condominium, the owner desig- 1
; nated by sucn instrument thus becaning a member of the Asaocfation, and
~ the mesnbership ~f the prior owner beinq thereby terminated,~ providea,-

! however, rny party who may awn more tt~an one unit ehall remain a member
of the Association so lonq as he shnll retain title to or a fee owner-

~ ship intereat in any unit.
~ 4.3 The ahare of a member in the funds and asseta of the Assooia-
tion cannot be aeeigned, hypothecated or transferred i~n any manner
oxcept as an nppurte~nance to his apartment.
4.4 On ~11 mattere upon which the membership shall be entitled to

~ vote, there shall be one vote for each unit, which vote may be exercir~~d
