SOCIATION NO. l, INC., by which name it ahall hereafter be knawn.
CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL
The undersigned, being all of the Direc ors of that certain corpora-
tion heretofore known as COLONNADES COLONNADES CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION
NO. INC. , do hereby certify their approval of the foregoi.ng Atnend-
ment, for the purpoee of manifestinq their intention that upon the filing
of the foreqoing Reaolution, and this Certificate affixed thereto, the
Charter of the said corporation ehall be amended so that ~he name thereof
