abjection to such circuristance, and ratifies and agrees to be bound

as if he had joined in the execution hereof for all purposes `r.~rein
expressed, as wall as for the purpose of (a) subjecting all of

provided for in this Lease; and (c) ratifying, confirming anc
approving each and every provision herein contained, and ac:~nowledging
that all of the terms and provisons hereof, inciuding the rental
reserved, are reasonable.

in fact, with full p~fzer of substitution, of each ar.d every
act and tr.ing required of apartment unit owners pursaan~ to
tr.e provisons o~ this Lease, a;~d to consent to and e:eecute
any and all docw-zients, where necessary, to effectuate any and
all of the--vrovisions of t~is ~ease. - In the event any of
