as may from tinne to time be paved and intende~ for such

iniw-n, its successors and assigns, for parking or. those
portions of the Gemised premises which are paved and in-
tendec for such purpose ana use.
8. ~axes.
a. Generally. The Lessee covenants anz agrees ~o pay
to the L~ssor al l real es tate taxes , asses~: ier.ts and o~l:er
roverrimental levies and cnarges, general and special,
ordinary and extraordinary, foreseen ar.d unforeseen, of
whatsoever kind and nature, aIl of which are hereinafter
