ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The Petition of JOSEPH BUSH, for the appointment
of a Guardian of the property of KATHLEEN BUSHs coming on this
day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that the above
named person is ~ncompetent because of inental incompetency,
and owns property in this state, and that it is necessary for
a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having ~urisdiction
and being fu11y advised; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUD(}ED that JOSEPH BUSH is appointed `
as (~uardian of the property of KATHLEEN BUSH, incompetent
because of inental incompetency; it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOSEPH BUSH make and file
