Court on April 19, 1964; and it further appears that Petitioner
is the sole o~:ner of the following described real property~
Lot 2, and 26, Block 417, af PORT LUCIE SECTION
3, Subdivision accarding to the Plat thereof,
r~corcisd in Plat Book I2, page 13A, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Petitioner has entered into a contract to sell above~described
~roperty for the sum of 51,990.00 and Petitioner cannot canvey good
titl~ without tne cor.veyance also of nis wife's in~hoate riqht of
docv~r; it further a~pears that the funds for the purchase of said
prnperty were all furnished hy Petitioner nimself ar,d none of saici
pro~erty was paid for by tne incotapetent. J~nd the Court being fully
advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND A~.7UDGED that JOSEPIi BU5H, Guardian of the pro-
rext}~ of KATHLEEN BGSH, be and he is hereby authorized ta release
said incorapetent's incnoate right of dower in the above ciescribed
property.
