the unremarried surviving spouse of FLEM C. DAME, deceased, by -
OLIVE D. PETERSON, her attorne~-in-fact, the owner and holder of
a certain mortgage deed executed by BLUE LAI~ CONSTRUCTION, INC.
to FLEM C. DAME bearing dated the 21st clay of December, 1959, re- '

corded in Mortgage Book 16]., page 693, in the office of the Clerk ;
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing that
certain note in the principal sum of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUrIDRm AND ~
NO/100 ($10,500.00) DOI.LARS, and certain promises and obligations ~
set forth in said Mortgage Deed, upon the property situate in said ;
State and County described as follows, to wit:

direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record.
