WITNESSETH: That said Flem C. Dame died in Fort Pierce,
Flori3a, on September 30, 1965, and gossessed of the property here-
inafter described, and left a Last Will and Testament in which he j
named O. C. PETERSON and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BADIIC, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as Trustees under his said Last Will and Testament, which was ad- ;

mitted to probate in the County ~.idge's Caurt of St, Lucie County,
Florida, by Order dated October 4, i965, and said testamentary
trustees were appointed as such Trustees on May 2, 1966, in the
Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Chancery No. 9100-E.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00), and other good and valuable considerations, to them in
hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, GRANTORS
have granted, bargained, sold and transfe~red and by these pre-
sents do grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto GRAL~EE herein, and
its successors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
i~;n~ anc7 hPi:ncf in the-eountv of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more

Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 and

The Trustees warrant that in all things in and about this con-
veyance they have acted within the authority vested in them by the
trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Flem C. Dame,
deceased, and that such acts are pursuant to the laws of the State
of Florida in such cases made and provided.
TO HAVE AL~ID TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
