Any deficiency in the anount ot such aggregate monthly pr~yment sAall, unless made good by the mortgagor
prior to the due date af the next such payment, constitute an event oE default under this mortgage. 'Ttie mortgagee
may coilect a"late charge" not to exceed two cents (2a) fot each dollac (St) of each payment more than fifteen
(15) days in arcears to cover the extra expense involved in bandling delinquent payments.
