AT1 that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
All that part of the East one-half (E 1/2) of the East one-half
(E 1/2) of Section 17, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, lying
East of the center line of existing road gra~e whose center line
is described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 58 feet East of the
North 1/4 corner of said Section 17, thence run
Souther.ly to the South 1/4 corner of said Section
17, Township 37 South, Range 38 East.
SUBJECT TO all easements ar,d rights of way for roads and drainage
canals.
AND, ALSO SUBJECT TO the terms and conditions and covenants of that
certain Cooperative Improvement and Trust Agreement as recorded in
~fficial Record Book 36, at page 479, of the St. Lucie County, -
Florida, Public Reeords, which is hereby assumed by and which shall
inure to the benefit of the grantee.
AND, ALSO SUBJECT TO that certain deed to the Trustees under the
said Cooperative Improve:^ent and Trust Agreement which said deed
is recorded'in Official Record Book 36, at page 577, public records
