a ths East half of 2Q foot alley bordering Lots

and the proportions set out in Schedule attached hereto, the ~

Grantor grants to the Grantees, its successors and assigns, an ~

easement to drive over and park upon the areas paved in accord- ~

~ ance with the referenced map and in the manner hereinafter ~

1) Z'he said easement to continue from date hereof for a

period of ten (10) years with the option of the Grantees or
either of them to renew said easement for an additional ten (10)
