^ 2) It is further agreed that area A, B, C on said map
shall be used by Major, News Tribune and the Grantor as a drive-
way and for ingress and egress to the remaining areas.
3) . It is further agreed that the Grantor and Major shall
use Area A, B on said map as a driveway.
4) It is further agreed that Area A on said map shall be
used only by the Grantor and shall not be used by the Grantees.
5) It is further agreed by the Grantor that News Tribune
shall have the right, for the period of said easement, to use
area C on said map by its employees and customers during dayligh
parking hours.
0 6) It is further agreed that Major Electric has the

g privilege of using as parking for its employees that unpaved and

~ unbuilt upon area inunediately East of Major's present building

~ and South of the building and paved area of Grantor.
3 It is -furthsr-agreed that-each party sha11 pay its

: ~ with Gorham Construction Company and the Schedule attached

~ ~ 8) It is further agreed by all of the parties that re-

' pairing and maintenance of the paved area set forth in the

map shall be maintained by all the parties in the same propor-
tions that are set z~ut in said s~hedule.
9) Z'he paving shall be done in accordance with the speci-

~ f ications provided by the contractor in its contract with the ~

~ parties hereto, said contract by reference is made a part hereof.
