AQUATIC PRk:SERVE A-9
The sov~reignty lands in the I~Zdian River lying within
the following descriUed boundaries:
Begin at tlze intersection of the Eastcrly mean high water
line of Indian River with the Southerly corporate line of
Vero Beach, thence Southerly along the Easterly mean }~iyh
water line of Ii~dian River, crossing into St. Lucie Caunty,
to its int~rsection with thc :7ortherly right of way line of
State Road A-1-A at F~~rt Pierce, thence Wcstcrly along
said Nc~rt:~erly right of way line to its intersection with '
tt~e Westerly mean high water line of the Indian River,
thence Northerly along the .~esterly mean high water line
of the Indian River to its intersection ~Jith the So~stherly
corporate line of Vero Beach, thence Easterly along the
Southerly corporate line of Vero Beach to the Point of ~
Beginning.

~ AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
~ THAT it is hereby declared to be the purpose and intent of

~ the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the 3ctt~rnal Improve-
~
~ ment Trust Fund to set aside and nanage the above described
~ -aquatic preserve 3n accordance with the management policies and :
criteria adopted and set forth by separate resolution adopted
~ on the 21st day of October, A.D. 1969, for application uniformly
~ .
~ to all elements of the statewide system of aquatic preserves.
