Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MATTIE O. GREEN REED, who, upon being first duly sworn did depose
and say: ~ "
1. She is the sister of Mildred Lucille Green Hutchinson
who was one of the grantors in a warranty deed dated September 14,
1960, filed September 16, 1960, in OR Book 261 at page 416 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the following
property:
Begin at the SE corner of the N 1/2 of SW 1/4
of Section 21, ~`ownship 34 South, Range 40 East,
then run Westerly alang the South line of said
N 1/2 of SW 1/4 to the easterly line of the
right of way of the Florida East Coast Railroad
then run in a somewhat Northwesterly direction
along said easterly line of the FEC Railroad
right of way to a point where said right of
- way- iine-intersects -a -produced i-ine --lying 10--- - _
chains north of and parallel to said South line
of said N 1/2 of SW 1/4, then run due east
along said produced line across and through
said N 1/2 of SW 1/4 and Lot 3 of Section 21,
said Township and Range, to the Indian River,
then meander along said river shore line in a
southerly direction untiZ due East of the point
of beginning, then run due West along a line
10 chains South of and paralle-1 to said produced
line through and across said Lot 3 to a point
of beginning.
2. Said warranty deed was executed on behalf of Mildred
Lucill~ Green Hutchinson by her attorney-in-fact, Lucy L. Green.
3. Through personal knowledge, the Affiant knows at the
time of the execution and delivery of said warranty deed, Mildred
Luc~lle Green Hutchinson w~s alive, competent, and unmarried.
Further, Affiant sayeth not. '
