In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All righis and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be bi~ding upon the respective
heirs, executors; administrafiors, successors and assigns -of lhe Mn!fi~ac;q~ and Morfgagee.
