by ROYAL PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporut.ion existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and having its pri~ncipal place of busi-
t~ess at One State Street, Boston, ~tassachusetts, hereinafter called the
Grantor, to ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a banking corporation crganized under the
laws of the State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at
112 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, AS TRUSTEE, under a certain

inafter called the Grantee; the said Trustee is hereby specifically conferred
with full and unrestricted power and authority to deal in and with the property

personal property only, which said interest may be assigned or otherwise
transferred as personalty, and no such beneficiary shall be considered to have
or have any legal or equitab~e right, title or interest in or to any real

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances

~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is law-
~ fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful ;

title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except ;
