KNQ'V ALL M~N BY THESE PRESENTS~ that ARTHUR V. DAVIS
COMPANY, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
party of the firet part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10) and other valuable conaiderations to it in hand paid by NATHANAEL
DAVIS, W. E. DUNWODY, JR. and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMIs
a national bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America and having its principal place of business at Miami~ Florida, as
Executors of the Laet Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of Arthur V. ;
Davis, deceased, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing aad -
dlivery of theae presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the
said parties of the second part the following described mortgage encumber-
ing lands situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described

56, paQe 86. Public Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida.
