~ DAVIS, W. E. DUNWODY, JR._ and THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a
~ national bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America
~ and having its principal place of business at Miami, Florida, as Executors of the
~ Last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of Arthur V. Davis, deceased, and
