Company, in this State, and all rights of action, books~ papers,

the possession of, said Respondent, or its oEficers, dire~t~rs,
employees or agents pcrtaining to said Respondent's business,
including, b~it not limited to, all monics, bank accounts, stocks,
bonds, debentures, mortgages, f~irnittire, eqtiipment, fixtures
and office supplies, and all real and personal propcrty af said
Respondent situate in rlorida, and to hold all such assets pending
further Orders of this Court.
3. Proceed to collect any and all debts due and
owing Respondent, Commtinity National I.ife Insurance Company,
incluiiing, but not limited to, funds held by agents, sub-agents,
brokers, solicitors, service representatives or any_other persons.

or other~aise, including i~nearned commissions, agents' balances
and agents' reserve funcis held by said Respondent or others,
