Ancillary Receiver. '

~~~eeks of the date fixcd for the filing of claims against the
Responc~ent, Commiinity National I.ife Instirance Company, in news- _
~ papers of general circulation in Dade, liillsboroiigh, Bro~aard,
Dut~al, Escambia and Leon Counties, Florida, i~hich notice s)~all
specify the time in ~ahich all persons having claims against
Comm~lnitv ?~ational Life Tnsur.~nce Company shall present such
clains to the Ancillary Receiver and specify where said claims
shall be presented, or the same shall be forever barred. All of
said claims shall be fileei ~aith the Ancillary Receiver on uniform

~ claim forms prescribed and furnished by him.
