assets of the Respondent, Community National Life Insurance
Company, the commencement or prosecution of any actions against

preferences, jt~dgments, attachments, writs of garnishment, or '
other liens, or the making of any levy or eYecution against said

Rcspondent or the Ancillary Receiver diiring the conduct of this ~

3. The Ancillary Receiver is hereby directed to make,
or employ a certified public accountant to make, an up-to-date
~ complete audit of the capital accounts of the Respondent, r

; reference to transactions :aith its officers, directors, stock-

~ holders, agents, employces and all affiliated scibsidiary and

~ associated cor~panies, and file the same in t}~is cause.
4. The Ancillary Receiver is specifically authorize3
and clirected to in~restigate all transfers of, or liens upon, the i

~ property of Comr~uiiity ~ational Life Insiirance Co;npany male or
~
created in violation of the pro~~isions of Chapter 631, Florida
~
~
~ Stat:~tes, relating to such transfers, to ascertain t+~hether or
~
~ not legal ac:tion sho~,ild be co:7menced to set such transfers aside. ~
