COMES NOW, KEL-RAY INVESTMENT COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
by and through its President, KELLY HALL, the party of the first
part in an agreement for deed dated the 23rd of March, 1965, and
recorded in O. R. Book 113, at page 539, and consents to the transfer
and assignment of said Agreement For Deed to HAROLD E. SULLIVAN and
MARY ELLEN SULLIVAN, his wife, and further agre~sy~upon being paid,
to furnish the~r a Warranty Deed according to the terms thereof.
