For value received, the undersigned as Lessor
under that certain Lease Agreement dated the 18th day of
October, 1968, with RICHARD A. PAIN and C. ROBERT SUTNERLIN,
as Lessees (said Lessees' interests in the Lease Agreement
having been subsequently assigned to SHAMROCK VILLAGE LTD.
and then further assi~ned to FORT PIERCE DEV~LOPAIENT
ASSOICATES LTD.) hereby assi~ns, transfers and sets over
unto ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK as Trustee under`Trust Agreement
dated Seotember 25, ~968, and known as Trust No. 4, all
of the undersi~ned's right, title and interest in and to
the hereinbefore described Lease and the rent thereby '
secured. The property which is the sub~ect of the herein-
before described Lease is described on Exhibit A attached
hereto.
IN k'ITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto
set its hand and seal this 22nd day of September, 1970.
