This note and Mortgaqe Extension Agreement entered
into on this the 2nd day of October, A.D. 1970, by and between
H::LE2~ C. MEADOR, hereinafter referred to as the party of the
first part, and CLYDE R. HAUPT and CRACE IiAUPT, his wife, here-
inafter referred to as the parties of the second part:
