Business Trust, under Declaration of Trust dated March 29, 1966, j

as amended, having complete power to deal with trust property as -

set forth in said Declaration of Trust and as aet forth in recorded
instruments and instruments to be hereafter recorded, do each hereby,
pursuant to said Deciaratian of Trust, delegate the power and
authority to any aforesaid Trustee, to wit; Gordon A. Taylor,
Churchill G. C arey, Eugene L. Amber, J. C. Tyler, Jr.. John D.
Uible or James H. Winston, to execute and deliver on behalf of and
in the names of the undersigned Trustees as aforesaid, with respect
to trust property now or hereafter owned by the Trustees, any of
the following: ~
(a) deed conveying real property;

(b) assignment, paxtial release, subordination, s~itis-
faction of mortgage or deed of trust; participation `
agreement; assignment of guaranty; assignment of
any collateral agreement; ~
(c) modification, subordination and/or extension agree-
ment of any mortgage, deed of trust, note, security
agreement or loan agreement; assignment of assign-
ment of rents;
(d) continuation, termination, assignment, amendment,
aubordination, modification and/or release statement
of any financing statement and/or security agreement;
warranty of any type; 4
~ (e) financing statement, construction loan agreement,
development loan agreement, commitment of any type;

a;~' note, mortgage, deed of trust, security agreement
