Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor".
by Indenture bearing date of December 22, 1969, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Luc~e, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 182, pages
8i~~, 866, 867, & 868, granted ~nd conveyed to Jensen Beach Bank,
Jensen ~each, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Ninety Thousand ($90,OOO.QO) Dollars,
with interest ~s therein mentioned.
RI~D ~•]HEREAS, the said mortqagor has requested the said
mortgagee to release the premises h~reinafter described, being
pa:-t of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
