CONTRACT FOR DEED
TNiS CONTRACT FOR DEED, made and entered into this
day of ~+TEMRiR ~ A, D. 1970, by and between CHARLES C.
LELLY, joined by his wife, MARIE L. LELLY, hereinafter referred to
as the "Sellers" and EARL SULLIVAN and DEAN SULLIVAN, his wife;
whose mailing address is: 2855 N. W. 6th Street, Miami, Florida 33125
hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasers":
WITNESSETH:
That if the Purchasers shall first make the payments and
per~orm the covenants and agreements herein mentioned and contained on -
their part to be made and performed, the Sellers hereby covenant and
agree to convey and assure to the said Purchasers, their heirs and assigns
in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing, and
zoning regulati~ns and protective covenants of record on this date, the
following described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida
to-wit:
PARCEL 1: The North 26 feet of the following de-
scri property:
