West, along the west Hne of Old ~ Dixie Highway, 381.5 feet to the Point of Beginning of the : parcel herein described: From said Point of Beginning, run thence South 80 deg. 06 min West, 150 feet; thence North 13 deg. 16 min. West, 65 feet i thence North 80 deg. 06 min. East, 150 feet to the West line = of aforesaid Old Dixie Highway; ttience South 13 deg. 16 min. East along the ~1Vest line of said Old Dixie Highway, 65 feet , to the Point of Beginning, said parcel being a parC of afore- said Trace C-1 of TAYLORS SUBDIVISION.
