SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under date of May 28~ 1969, a mortgage was given
by C. E. WARD to MARIE C. KEMPTON, which mortgage was recorded on
the 28th day of May, 1969, in Official Record Book 17'7~, at pages
2674~through 2676, of the public records o~ St. Lucie County,
Florida, and which mortgage covers the following described prop-
erty as well as other property adjoining same: ~
The South 150 feet of the East 180 feet of the N~
of the E~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 9,
Township 3S South, Range 39 East, I,ESS the East
30 feet for Campbell Rpad rigl~t-of-way.
WHEREAS, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LQ1~N ASSOCIATION OF
FORT PIERCE has agreed to make a mortgage loan to C. E. WARD in
the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND SEVFST HUNDRED DOLLARS ($20,700.00),
hereafter ca3led the "new mortgage" covering the property speci-
fically described above, provided the mortgage first described
herein is subordinated to it; and
WfiEREAS, the undersigned, in order to enduce the making
of the new mortgage loan, and in consideration of the sum of
$1.00, and other good and valuable considerations, desires to
