Made this 28th day of September, 1970 between General Development
Corporation, and William E. and Helen M. Hauschild.
The following described land situate, lying & being in County
of St. Lucie & State of Florida, to-wit:
Tract H a portion of each of Lots 2 and 3 Block 34
of RIVER PARK UNIT FOUR, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11 at Page 9 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the most easterly corner of Lot 6 of
said Block 34; then run N41~14'00"E 31.08 feet
along the southeasterly boundary of Lot 7 of said
Block 34 to the point of curvature of a curve to
the right having a radius of 2246.59 feet; thence
run northeastwardly along the arc of said curve to
the right a distance of 392.96 feet through a central
angle of 10°O1'18" to the point of beginning of the ~
parcel of land hereinafter described; thence continue
northeastwardly along the arc of said curve to the
right having a radius of 2246.59 feet a distance of
90.64 feet through a central angle of 2°18'42" to
the point of tangency; thence run N53~34'00"E 5.37
feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left
~ hav~ing a radius of 355.03 feet; thence run northeast-
wardly along the arc of said curve to the left a
. distance of 2.21 feet through a central angle of
0~21'22" to a point; thence r4n N36~47'22"W radial
with the last mentioned curve a distance of 140 feet to
a point on a curve having a radaus of 215.03 feet and
being concentric with the last mentioned curve; thence
run southwestwardly along the arc of said curve to the
right being along the northwester ly boundary of said
Lot 2~a distance of 1.34 feet to the point of tangency;
' thence run S53°34'00"W along the northwest~rly boundary
; of said Lot 2 a distance of 5.37 feet to the point of
; curvature of a curve to the left having a radius of
~ 2386.59 feet; thence run southwestirardly along the arc
r of said curve to the left being along the northwestorly
boundary of said Lots 2 and 3 a distance of 96.29 feet
through a central angle of 2~18'42" to a point; thence
run S38°44'42"E radial to the last mentioned curve
140 feet to the point of beginning.
