WARRAN'I'Y DEED r `
THIS WARPANTY DEED made the ~ day of , A. D. 19?G,
by GEORGE F~ HILL, individually and as Executor ui' i~-ie e tate of Albert Parker
Hall, deceased, and ROSEMARY E~ HILL, his wife, and MARCINE E. OL•SON,
joined by her husband EDWARD C~ QLSON, hereinafter called the grantors, to
ALEX BURLINGAME and CONSIGLIA BURLINGAME, his wife, whose postoffice
address is 5401 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
the grantees:
WITNESSE'I'H; That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum f
of $10, 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and c~n-
firm unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,

North 4 of Outlot 8, according to a Plat of WHITE CTTI', as re-
corded in Plat Book 1, page 21, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said Lots lying and being in the East 2 of the SE,-'4
of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East.
Which lies South oi the following described line:
Commencing at the SE corner of thz above described land, and
on the West right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue, run thence
North along the West right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue, a
distance of 131. 25 feet for the point of beginning; run thence
West at 90° angle with right-of-way of Oleander Avenue, and
parallel with South boundary of the above described land 910 feet;
run thenc~ Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet North of the
South boundary of said land and 1060 feet West of the East
boundary of said land; continue West parallel with and at a di stance of
20 feet from the South boundary of the above described land to the
East right of way of Citrus Avenue.

gage grantees assume and agree to pay,
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

ANI7 the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the grantors
are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantors have good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantors hereby fully -
warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the Iawful ctaims
of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 19~,
