OL•SON, joined by her husband EDWARD C~ QLSON, hereinafter called the grantors, to ALEX BURLINGAME and CONSIGLIA BURLINGAME, his wife, whose postoffice address is 5401 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees: WITNESSE'I'H; That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum f of $10, 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow- ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and c~n- firm unto the grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz; .o 5~ ~ That part of the East 80 fept of; The South 2 of Outlot ? and the North 4 of Outlot 8, according to a Plat of WHITE CTTI', as re- corded in Plat Book 1, page 21, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Lots lying and being in the East 2 of the SE,-'4 of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East. Which lies South oi the following described line: Commencing at the SE corner of thz above described land, and on the West right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue, run thence North along the West right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue, a distance of 131. 25 feet for the point of beginning; run thence West at 90° angle with right-of-way of Oleander Avenue, and parallel with South boundary of the above described land 910 feet; run thenc~ Southwesterly to a point which is 20 feet North of the South boundary of said land and 1060 feet West of the East boundary of said land; continue West parallel with and at a di stance of 20 feet from the South boundary of the above described land to the East right of way of Citrus Avenue. ~ SUBJECT TO mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan A ssociation of Fort Pierce in the original sum of $ I 2, 500. 00, dated May 22, 1969, recorded in O.
