AFFIDAVIT
Pereonally appeared before me the undersigned authority authorized
to adminiater oaths BvSR$TT E. GR~N, ~ho after l~eing dully sworn,deposes
and says:
1. That ho has been a resident of St. Lucie County since 1920
and has been familiar with that certain parcel of land located in the
vicinity of $dwards Road, said land having been conveyed by deed from the
North St. Lucie River Drainage District to $d M. Miller, as Trustee, said
deed being dated August l, 1938 and having been recorded on August 2, 1938
in Deed Book 93, Page 239, Public Recorde of St. Lucie County, P'lorida.
This property is the same as conveyed by &i M. Miller, as Trustee, and
Sd M. Miller and his wife, Josephine M. Miller , to Josephine M. Miller
by deed dated November 23, 1939 and recorded December 28, 1939 in Deed
Book 92, Page 216 of Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That at all times, and particu~arly between Auguat 1, 1938
when $d M. Miller acquired title to said property and January 13, 1945
when his widow, Josephine M. Miller, conveyed said property to Fletcher
A. Russell by deed dated and recorded January 13, 1945, in Deed Book 114,
f Page 313, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida, said land ~ea wild

f and unimproved and no resident or home~ad was locat~d on any part thereof.
