5. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 30 daya after it beeomes
due. or if any agreement in this morcgage other than the agreement to make the paymencs is
breached. the entire unpaid principal balance of that note shall immediately become due at the
option oE the Mortgagee and the Mortgagce may foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided
by law. and have the mortgageci property aold to satisfy or apply on tbe indebtedn~ hcnby
secured.
6. The nnta and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged and if pro-
ceedings to foreclose ttiis mortgage shall be inatituted the court having jurisdiction thereof should
appoint a receiver of tlie mortgaged property and apply those rents and profits to the indebtedness
hereby secured, regardless of the solvency of the Mortgagor or the adequacy of ehe security.
