THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made this 2nd day of October, A. D. , 19/0,
between (The Reverend) FRANCIS J. McCOURT, a single man, tormerly of #124
South Lloyd Street, Salisbury, North Carolina, now of #175 Dupre Avenue, Nor-
folk, Virginia, the first party, and CHARLES V. McCOURT, the second party.

WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum ot SIX HUNDRED ($600.00)
DOLLARS, cash in hand paid the Eirst party by the second party, the receipt
whereof is hereby ackno~vledged, the said (The Rc~erendj FRANCIS J. McCOURT,
a single man, doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the said CHARLES V. McCOURT, all of the right, title and interest
~ of the first party in and to the property hereinafter described, the same being
