identical lan~s conveqed to Louis Forget by deed from Joseph T. Archambault, et al.,
dated t~lay 13, 1949, and recorded fn Deed Book ISS, at page 47, Public Records of St.
Lucie Cownty, Florida. Said lands are sub3ect to a road right of way along the East side
thereof, co~taining .77 acres, m~re or less, said right of Way being particularlq
described in a certain partial release of lien executed by The Federal Land Bank of
Columbia on Maq 25, 1956, releasing said right af Way from t'he lien of the mortgage
recorded in Book 114, page 84, Public Records of said St. Lucie Covmty.
