AGREEMENT IdODIFYING MORTGAGT
WHERSAS ~ CHARLES 1K. MAXWELI. AND VIIANDA K. MAXWTLL,
his wife, as mortgagors, did on September 17, 19?0, make, execute
and deliver a certain mortgage deed to Security Federal Savings ~
and Loan Association of Indian River County, a corporation organ-
ized and existing under the laws of the United States of America,
as mortgagee, which mortgage was recorded in Official Record Book
187, page 369, public records of Indian River County, Florida,
and which mortgage deed encumbered a tract of land in Indian River
CountS•, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 3 and the South-westerly 2' of Lot 2 and
the North-westerly ~ of Lot 4, Block 1, Plat
of Anglevilla, a subdivision according to plat
thereof as recorded in the public records of
. St. Lucie County, Florida at Plat Book 9, page
15.
as security for an original principal debt of $8,000.00 evidenced
by a promissory note, which promi.ssory note was set out in said
mortgage deed; and

; WHSREAS, the description of the property as set forth

4 in said mortgage,is in error and the mortgagor and the mortgagee

~ have mutually agreed that the said mortgage shall be modified and

~ amended so as to correct the error in said description;
