of Indian River County, F'lorida, shall be modified, amended and
corrected so that the description of the property encumbered by
said mortgage shall be as follows:
Beginning at the South corner of Block 1, of
ANGI.~VILLA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, at page 15, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
said corner being formed by the intersection
of Behrens Road and Palm Drive, run thence
Northeasterly along the Northerly boundary
of Palm Drive a distance of ?5 feet for a
point of beginning; from said point of be-
ginning continue Northeasterly along the
Northerly boundary of Palm Drxve a distance
of 7? feet to a point;~ thPnce turn and run
Northwesterly parallel with the line dividing
Lots 2 and 3 of said Block 1, for a distance
of 120 feet; thence turn and run Southwesterly _
