FOR VALUE RECENED, I, we or either of us promise to pay to the order of
Ethel C. Chisholm, at P. O. Booc 12~, New Smyrna Beach, Flo~lda, oc such other place as the
holder may desiqnate in writing, the pcincipal aum of Thirty-three Thous~nd and No/100
($33,OOO.JO) Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of per annum on the sum or sums
remaininq unpaid fram time to time. The aforesaid principal sum shall be payable fn ten equal
annual payments of $3,300.00 each, plus tnterest as sforesaid, said payments t~ be mad~ on
the l0th day of each and every y e a r hereafter unttd the ent~re sum herein pravided for is paid

If any of said annual payments shall not be made promptly when due, without natice
