NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court

DAVID G. E. MORRISON and MARY B. MORRISON , his wife, against HENRY C. ~

COLE and DORIS S. COLE, his wife, Def~ndants.
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of land situate,
lying and being in Dade County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: ~

The West 150 feet of the East 7 chains (462 feet) of the ;
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, SiJFsJECT to right-of-way for Bell Avenue
over the North 25 feet thereof. ~

The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage on ~

the above-described property and decree~ng of a sale of said property under the ~
direction of the Court, in default of the payment of the amount found to be due
the Flaintiffs, and for other and further general relief set forth in the Complaint.
