MORTGAGE i•;C~^.~:`ICATION AGREF.MENT
This Note and Mortgage Modification Agreement entered
into on this the 6th day of October, A.D. 1970, by and be-
tween ST. LUCIE MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as the garty of the first part, and
IDD P. LYNN and G14IL L. LYNN, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as the parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that for and in consideration of TWELVB
HUNDRED DOLLARS AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSxDERATIONS, exchanged
between the parties hereto, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the aforesaid parties agree as follows, to wit:
1. That the parties of the first part are the owners
and holders of the mortgage dated May 22, 1962 and recorded
May 29, 1962 in Official Record Book 37 at page 4~4 cf the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida in the original
amount of $4,318.88, encumbering the following described prop-
erty, located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
; The East 65 feet of the West 475 feet of
~ Lot 37 of MARAVILLA GARDENS SUBDIVISION

~ UNIT NO. ONE, as per plat thereof on f.ile

~ in Plat Book 6 at page 55 of the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

3 2. That the amount remaining unpaid on said mortgage

and note is the sum of $3,877.56 as of the th day of October,

~ 3. That the monthly payments of $32.56 shall remain

~ until October 6, 1973 at which time the remaining balance shall

: be due anu payable.
° 4. That both the monthly payment due to First Federal

~ Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce on the first mort-

~
~ gage and the monthly payment of $32.56 shall be paid to St.
~
~ Lucie Mortgage Company at 133A North 4th Street, Fort Pierce,
~
~
~ Florida on or before the llth day of each month commencing
~
