remit to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce its payment out of s~id funds.
5. That the grace period referred to in said mortgage
be and the same is hereby modifiea so as to expire ~he day
before the late charge is assessed on the first mortgage pay-
ment, and in the event that the payments referred to above
are not made by the llth af the month then the parties of
the second part hereby agree and understand that the mort-
gage will be foreclosed on the 12th of said month.
6. That all other provision ~f said note and mortgage
not in conflict herewith shall remain in force and effect in
all respects and that nothing herein shall affect or impair
any rights that the said party of the first part may have
thereunder for the recovery of the said mortgage debt, with
interest thereon and expenses thereof in the case of non-
fulfillment of this agreement.
