AFFIDAVIT
STA`I'E OF FLORIDA )
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE )
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared Margaret E. Hauseman who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of Henry
Hauseman, Jr. who departed this life on May 11, 1970.
2. That she and the said. Henry Hauseman, Jr. were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance dated September 29, 1966, recorded
in O. R. Book 159, page ?0, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
wherein the following described real property was conveyed:
Lot 16, Block 58, River Park Unit #6, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 28, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was
married to the said Henry Hauseman, Jr. and that said marital relationship
continued without interruption until the death of the said Henry Hauseman, Jr.
