I, ROGER POITRAS, Clerk of the above entitled Court, do hereby
certify that heretofore, on the 5th day of October, 1970, I executed and
filed herein my Certificate of Sale of the mortgaged property, and that no
objections to such sale have been filed herein on or before the date hereof,
and that 10 days have elapsed since the filing of said Certificate of Sale.
