EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this IgiL day of September, 1970, between
WILLIAM WALLACE ST~.VENS, JR., as Executor of the Estate of Nilliam
Wallace Stevens, deceased, party of the first part, and OKEECHOBEE
LAND CORPORATION, a Florida corporation with its principal p~ace
of business at Okeechobee, Florida, party of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, William Wallace Stevens, Jr., was duly appointed and
qualified as Executor of the Estate of William Wallace Stevens
and Letters Testamentary were issued to him as such Executor on
July 28, 1970; and,

35 Estate of William Wallace Stevens, deceased, by petition applied

~ s x~~ to the County Judge in and for Okeechobee County, Florida, for an

~ s to a contract for sale made by William Wallace Stevens prior to ~

directing said party of the first part to sell said real estate ~
