Prudential Insurance Company of America. dated March 22, 1966,
and r~corded in O. R. Book 141, page 246, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which said mortqage the party of the
second part herein assumes and agrees to pay.
TOCETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part, and to its ~uccessors and assigns in fee simple forever.
AND the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to
and with the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns that in all things preliminary to and in and about said
sale and this conveyance the orders of said Court and the laws
of Florida have been complied with in all respects.
