1969, and record@d in Official Records Book 180, page 495, St. Lucie County, Florida,
n..blic records, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10. 00) and other good and
.~aluable considerations, hereby on this ?th day of October, 1970, releases fram the lien of

The following described property, less the North 150 feet inSection 4, Township 37
South, Range 41 East; beginning at a stake on the North line of a tract of land formerly
owned by Thomas E. Hibben, and at the water line of the St. Lucie Sound, 940 feet
North of Section line dividing Sections 4 and 9; thence run South 6?° West along the

North line of said Hibben's tract, later the property of R. J. Richards, to the right
of way of the F. E. C. R. R. , thence run Northwesterly along the East line of said r
right of way some 5. 20 chains to the South line of a tract of land bought by C.' A. =
Robinson from W. F. Richards; thence run North 67° East along the South line of the
tract bought from Richards and along the South line of the Church lot to the water's
edge of St. Lucie Sound; thence run generally South 23° East, but meandering the
water's edge of St. Lucie Sound 5.20 chains to the point of beginning;
LESS the following deseribed parcel: From a stake on the North line of a tract of
land formerly owned by Thomas E. Hibben, and at the water line of St. Lucie Sound
(West shore of Indian River) 940 feet North of Section line dividing Sections 4 and 9,
Township 3? South, Range 41 East, run South 67° West along the North line of said
Hibben's tract, 120 feet more or less to tl~e West right of way of South Indian River
Drive, thence continue South 67° West, ?47. 20 feet to the East right of way of F. E.
C. R. R. , thence run North 26°36' West along said East right-of-way line 95 feet t6
the Point of Beginning; thence run North 67° East 576. 14 feet to a point 25 feet West
of the Southwest corner of a one-story C. B. building, thence run South 23°00' East

North 67° East 106.64 feet to the West right of way of Sarctk-~ndian River Drive; thence
continue North 6?° East to the shore of the Indian River; thence run North meanderin~
the shore of the Indian River a right angle distance of 97. 71 feet; thence run South 6?
