Z~FE, the undersigned, hereby associate ourselves together for the
purpose of becanfnc~ incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida,
applicable to corporations not for profit, under the following prc~posed
Charter, and that we desire for ourselves, our associates and successors
to be fncorporated and made a body politic as a church institution, under
the name and style of First Baptist Church of White City, Inc.:

The general nature of the object of the corporation shall be to:
(aj Establish a Baptist Church in St. Lucie County, Florida.
(b} To buy, manac~e, and own and hold real and personal property
necessary and proper ~or a place o~ public worship, school and parish
house, carry on educational and charitable work, under rules, regulations
and by laws; said rules, regulations and by laws ta be in harmony with
these ArticZes of Incorp~ration and the laws of the Sta~e of Florida.
Ic) Pramote the interest of religion in our midst and the spread
of spir~tual holiness through the world.
(d) acquire, hold, manage, maintain, Iease, mortgage and dispose
of property, both real and personal, of saici corporation.
ARTICLE III
Membership
The terms of admission and qualif ication for membership in ~his
carporation ehall be provided for in the Rules, regulations, and by-laws
