RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND TRUSTEES
Ur~ r IRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF WHITE CITY, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors and Trustees of the
First Baptist Church of White City, Inc. , in due session assembled as follows:

1. That this Board does recommend to the Church conference that ~

the Church property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and legally described
as follows: ~
Lots 1 tlu~ough 9, both inclusive, of Block 9, of WHITE CITY,
as per plat t!:Preof on file iri Plat Book 1 at page 21 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
be improved by constructing a parsonage on said property.
2. That it be the further recommendation of this Board to said
Church conference that the real property of the Church be rnortgaged to First
Federai Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to secure a loan in the
principal sum of $23, 500 payable with interest at the rate of 8-3/4% per annum
in monthly installments of $235, the proceeds of which will be to defray the
cost of construction of the recommended improvement.
3. That upon receipt of the specific vote of the Church conference
authorizing the foregoing recommendations a certified copy of this Resolution

s accompanied by a certified copy of the resolution of approval by the Church

~ conference and a certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation of First Baptist

~ Church of White City, Inc. be deYivered to First Federal Savings and Loan
~ Association of Fort Pierce to be recorded upon the public records of St. Lucie
~ ~ ,
~ County, Florida, for the purpose of evidencing the authority of the Chairman =
~ ~
~ and Secretary of the Board of L~irectors and Trustees of this Church to execute,

~ attest and deliver the mortgage deed to secure the indebtedness of this Church
~

to be evidenced by the pr~missory note executed by said Chairman and Secretary

~ of the Board of Directors and Trustees in their capacities as such.
