FIRST BAPTIST CHiJRCH OF WHITE CITY, INC. ;
RESOLVED by the members of First Baptist Church of White City,
Inc. in regular confereiice assembled that the recommendation of the Board
of Directors and Trustees of this Church to improve the Church property by
the construction of a parsonage on said property be, and the same is hereby,
approved; .
RESOLVED further that the recommendation of said Directors and
Trustees to procure a mortgage loan to be secured by the Church property
described as follows:
Lots 1 through 9, both inclusive, of Block 9, of WHITE CITY
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page 21 of the publ.i~c
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the princi-
pal sum of $23, 500, the proceeds of which will be used to defray the costs of
construction of the proposed improvement, be and the same is hereby further
approved. -

RESOLVED further that the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of

€ Directors and Trustees be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute for and ~

~ on behalf of this corporation not for profit a promissory note in the amount of

$23, 500, payable to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce,
~ and a mortgage deed to secure the same, all as before provided.
